PlusOne Communications is located in the former Firestone Employees Bank in Firestone Park, preserving a piece of Akron’s iconic rubber industry history.

This patented agent performance tool was developed and deployed in-house. PlusOne provides full access to every bit of data coming into and leaving contact centers.
